ash and looking just like the adult longbows, our youth longbows are around 5ft
long and accommodate draw lengths up to 24''. Ideal for the younger longbowman! Draw weights are around 15lb - 25lb.

Warbows
What these
bows have in common is a rather high draw weight in excess of 100lb. These bows
are usually made to measure for the strong archer who needs the extra power for
additional distance. Available as laminate bow or in yew.

Horse bows
In this
section you will find a selection of bows designed by people requiring shorter
bows, mainly to be used from horseback. Traditionally made with horn and sinew,
our bows have a fibreglass core for extra strength
and reliability, covered in leather to give the look of a bow made in the
traditional way. Complete fun to shoot, these bows are ideal for anyone just
enjoying archery and horse riders who want to try something different!
Nomad

The most
compact (and most popular!) of our horse bows. Measuring just XXX'', this bow
is ideal for use on horseback on in woods. The wide range of draw weights
offered means these bows are suitable for novice as well as experienced
archers, re-enactors and LARP fans alike. Available in draw

have a self nock to take the bowstring.

reproduction heads are all modelled after actual
historical finds. They are partially machine-made to reduce variability and for
